This tutu is made with meters of polyester chiffon and is trimmed with beautiful satin ribbon! It is then sewn for added quality and durability so it will not come untied. The tutus waistband is stretchy elastic for added comfort and growth. I recommend wearing something underneath like leggings or bloomers.
